1- Purpose and Scope:
These General Terms of Sale apply to all book orders on our Readiaw platform, whether in digital, audio, or paper format, published on Readiaw and/or edited by our partners. They apply to sales made from the site
www.readiaw.co.uk or
www.readiaw.com or any other site published by READIAW LTD.
2- Modifications:
READIAW LTD reserves the right to adapt or modify these General Terms of Sale at any time. In the event of a modification, the General Terms of Sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
3- Orders for Digital Books, Guarantees, and Claims:
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent and your order recorded. Upon receipt of your order by our sales team, you will receive the necessary information to download your book in the case of an individual purchase. For subscriptions, chapter-by-chapter purchases, or group purchases, access to the book is only possible on the platform.
The user (customer-reader) agrees to provide a valid email address to receive the book they order. The electronic book will be downloaded by the user, who can use it on their computer or smartphone. It is the responsibility of the customer-reader to ensure that their hardware, software, applications, and internet connection allow them to take possession of their purchase.
In case of technical issues (unable to download, reading error...), the customer-reader is invited to contact us (headquarter@readiaw.co.uk) so the book can be sent again to their email. In the absence of a claim within 30 days of purchase, the sale will be considered completed and cannot be contested.
4- Paper Book Orders:
Paper books are printed on demand and shipped via a delivery company that will be communicated to the customer-reader. Visuals and delivery times indicated during the order are purely indicative, as the delivery company is an independent service provider.
5- Availability of Items:
As long as our offers and prices are visible on our site, they are valid. If a ordered book is unavailable, the customer is informed by email. If the book is unavailable and the customer places an order, they may withdraw at any time and obtain a refund within 30 days after the confirmation of acceptance by Readiaw of the return.
6- Price:
Prices indicated in Pound Sterling are deemed net/excluding taxes, excluding shipping costs... Payable in full and in a single payment upon ordering. All orders are invoiced and payable in Pound Sterling. READIAW LTD and its authors reserve the right to change the retail price of books at any time in compliance with the author support mechanisms in force in the UK and at READIAW LTD.
7- Delivery Terms and Times:
Electronic books are available as downloads for individual purchases and only on the platform for subscription, chapter purchase, and group purchase options. Depending on the purchase method, they will be available instantly once payment is finalized, except in exceptional cases beyond our control (server failure, hacking, natural disasters, war, communication network disruption...).
Paper format books may be delivered either by post or in person as stipulated in the quote. Books shipped by post may be subject to shipping costs and delivery times indicated in the quote. Shipping is not our responsibility; delivery times are provided for information purposes only.

Sales of electronic books from our platform are currently carried out via:
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe. The customer is subject to the terms of use of these payment methods.
9- Right of Withdrawal:
According to the 2013 Consumer Contracts Regulations, due to the nature of digital product delivery via download, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.
However, by clicking "Download" / "Access Content" / "Subscribe" and accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the content and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal and refund once the download or streaming has begun.
10- Applicable Law:
All clauses in these General Terms of Sale and all purchase/sale operations referred to herein are subject to English law. In case of dispute, the parties commit to an amicable solution. Failing that, only British courts shall have jurisdiction.
11- Customer Acceptance:
